My recent stay at Grand Wonderful Hotel was a mixed experience. The room was clean and cozy, the bed was comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly, ensuring a pleasant stay. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and responsive to our requests, making us feel welcome and at home.Despite the positive aspects, the WiFi was unreliable, requiring us to rely on our own data connection. There was a disturbance caused by loud neighbors that lasted for hours, with no apparent action taken by the hotel management to address the issue.On a brighter note, the hotel's proximity to local amenities such as "kedai runcit," Starbucks, and a shopping complex made it convenient for us to explore the area. The practical guidance provided by the hotel's reception staff was also appreciated, enhancing our overall experience.In conclusion, Grand Wonderful Hotel offers a comfortable stay with friendly service and convenient location, but improvements in WiFi reliability and noise control could elevate the guest experience even further.
